Refund policy

At byeperiod, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30‑Day Returns. You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories included (charging cable, etc.).

How to start a return. Email us at [byeperiodus@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply with instructions and the return address. Please don't ship anything back before contacting us.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within [5–10] business days (your bank may need extra time to post it).

Defective, damaged, or wrong items. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo/video and your order number. We'll send a free replacement or full refund — return shipping is on us.

Return shipping. For change‑of‑mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. Original shipping charges are non‑refundable.

Non‑returnable items. For hygiene and safety, items that are heavily used or not in resellable condition may not qualify for a refund (defective items are always covered).

Late or missing refunds. If your refund hasn't arrived after the stated time, please check with your bank first, then email us at [byeperiodus@gmail.com] and we'll sort it out.
